Turkalne field of dolomite reserves covers a territory of 359 ha and is one of the largest fields of dolomite reserves in Latvia. The field of deposit reserves has been explored and based on the data of Latvian Environment, Geology and Meteorology Agency, there are 27 000 000 m3 of qualitative dolomite. According to the survey data the most appropriate use of dolomite is broken stone. According to quality the broken stones has 600-1000 brand. In a few drillings there appears brand 1200, which is one of the best indicators in the territory of Latvia.

The area for sale is subdivided into two properties, namely `Kalngravisi` and `Areni`. Their areas are accordingly 14.67 ha and 28 ha. They can be purchased separately or as a whole.
